IT Support Specialist
Job Summary We are looking to fill the full-time position of IT Support Specialist. The position will report directly to the IT Director and support Strack offices and field employees to ensure they have the necessary technology and maintain it in working order. This position requires the right mix of soft skills, technical skills, and industry knowledge to provide the most efficient and comprehensive support. Duties/Responsibilities
Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot IT software & hardware problems.
Install and update company software.
Install IT hardware such as computers, printers, smart devices, monitors, docking stations, and networking equipment.
Onboarding: new user accounts: Hardware & Software (Microsoft 365, Active Directory)
Offboarding: removing access, retrieving hardware, backing up, and cleaning.
Maintains knowledge of relevant technology, software, etc., through ongoing education
Skills and Qualifications
High level of character
Effective communication skills across all departments.
Possesses keen observation skills; pays attention to and remembers work-related instructions, demonstrations, and procedures.
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and programming
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Keen attention to detail and note-taking skills.
Efficient troubleshooting abilities
GreatExcellentomer service and interpersonal skills
Patience in working with end users to understand problems and work towards a solution.
SharePoint experience

Position Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor’s Degree and/oandertifications
Previous IT support experience
