The Position: Sales Development Representative - Inbound
The sales development role is the first line in developing business opportunities for Stratacache and its brands. The funnel for our sales professionals starts here. We will partner with Marketing to drive marketing qualified leads to our sales teams after qualification metrics have been met. We will use phone, email, video, social platforms and other tools to reach our prospects and cultivate a relationship. This role will play a critical part in the sales process because this is where all leads from various Marketing campaigns will be nurtured until a meeting/demo is booked.
This is the beginning of your journey and an entry point into the greatest digital solutions company on the planet. This is a career move and SDRs can travel many paths; BDR, SDR/BDR leader, Marketing, Channel Sales, Enterprise Sales, Account Executive. There is no limit on your future when you apply yourself. Core Responsibilities:
- Exceed monthly KPIs/Metrics
- Qualifying inbound opportunities using current sales methodology
- Follow up with inbound prospects from web, events, webinars, and various campaigns
- Articulate our value proposition to prospects
- Set strategy calls for the sales team
- Take detailed notes and store them in the CRM
- Provide ongoing feedback to Director of Marketing
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to give insights on current issues facing prospects
- Track lead activity and manage your inbox
Basic & Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required
- Grit - 100% Grit and determination
- Adapt to multiple campaigns and multiple verticals
- Independent worker but able to collaborate with a team
- Success driven and able to show results
- High comfort level with Phone, Email, Video and Social communication
- Excellent Oral/written skills and video presence
- Confident and driven
- Open to all forms of coaching
- Bachelor's Degree, Salesforce experience, and Sales engagement platform experience (i.e., Outreach, Salesloft) is appreciated but not required
