What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Marketing position at Strategic Talent Partners?
Objective: Lead and direct the marketing team through the continuous improvement of the competitive position of the firm by developing, coordinating, participating in, and providing oversight to the data-driven marketing strategies of the firm, including community relations and events, that align with our vision, mission, and core values.
Desired Outcomes:
Accountable to driving firm growth through client acquisition
- Own brand and marketing strategy, driving firm growth by keeping a strong pulse on the firm’s industry, marketing results across digital and traditional marketing channels
- Manage, develop, and inspire a team responsible for hitting case goals for the firm
- Manage, monitor, and negotiate with vendors, driving ROI and better performance
- Report relevant KPIs and budget to partners and executive team
- Oversee and implement multi-million-dollar advertising budget
Accountable to making positive strategic adjustments based on data analysis
- Make real-time strategic adjustments to marketing efforts and budget based on insights pulled from data
- Report on data, suggestions, and insights to our COO and leadership team weekly
- Report on results to our vendors regularly and hold them accountable to results, as well as creating and executing plans based on data
- Work with internal teams to improve processes and service based on data pulled
Accountable to increasing brand awareness and positive perception
- Ensure branding is consistent and impactful across all marketing channels
- Collaborate closely with internal and external creative teams to ensure the development of stand-out campaigns
- Stay updated on marketing trends to ensure our client is living up to its cutting-edge values and staying in front of its audience across emerging channels, pivoting as channels become less relevant or impactful
- Drive goodwill and trust with our communities through events, social engagement, and awareness
- Work with internal and external teams to discover community needs and create efforts to meet those needs
- Stay educated on local and current events to give a local, caring voice to our marketing efforts and meet community desires with creative and promotional items.

Preferred Education and Experience:
- Experience leading a team of 5
- 2 years in a personal injury marketing
- Experience with cross-departmental collaboration
- Experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot
- Experience with tools to interpret marketing data such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console etc.
- Experience negotiating, planning, and developing effective media buy strategies, specifically for television, billboards, and radio
- Experience with creating, monitoring, and managing marketing budgets efficiently
- Experience with paid digital advertising, such as Google LSAs and Google Paid Ads
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Well-versed in using SEO and social media strategies designed to attract clients
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
- Must be available to travel to workshops, conferences and company functions and events
