Report directly to entrepreneur/CEO Peter Rex, provide leverage for two years with a future goal to move into executive leadership. Colloquially known as “Pete’s Shadow”.
Create immediate and long-term impact. Quickly deployable/adaptable under any circumstance.
Serve in a variety of roles, catalyzing initiatives. Able substitute for Pete in high level meetings. Front row seat in decision making across many tech/investment businesses.
Proactively produce research on market, industry, competitors, and trends, Provide thought-provoking perspective on the company’s operations and strategic direction.
Push beyond limits / pain points to amplify and 10x Pete’s effectiveness.
Hustler who finds a way or makes one. Team player with powerful interpersonal skills. Strong backbone. Servant but not people-pleaser mentality.
Extraordinarily ambitious, unquestionably elite. Substantial intellectual horsepower.
Proficiency in social media, deft at new tech tools (particularly for efficiency/automation), strong hustle ability, all-in mindset, and passion to be a top executive leader.
Comfortable with maximum planning but willing to pivot quickly. Easily manages high stress situations/travel. Extremely detail oriented. Clean-cut and professional.
Compensation & Requirements
Compensation commensurate with skill set with a bias toward equity to ensure shareholder alignment, hunger, and “skin in the game.”

Work from home, living locally in Austin (within 30 miles of downtown) for community purposes. Open to remote on an exception basis.
