What are the responsibilities and job description for the Valet Attendant Supervisor position at Stratton Amenities?
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic supervisor for our valet parking company in Dallas, TX. The Supervisor’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients and accounts, train and develop current and new associates, and oversee the success of the day-to-day operation.
The right candidate for this role is passionate about delivering the highest level of hospitality and achieving client satisfaction through relationship building, flawless communication and execution, and excellent problem solving.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that each account is properly staffed
- Ensure that all valet drivers are trained according to the site’s specifications
- Coach and help the valet team during peak hours
- Handle employee or customer concerns
- Conduct weekly meetings with managers and valet ambassadors
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure successful service execution
- Effectively lead and motivate associates to achieve optimal service goals
- Accountable to the overall management and performance of the assigned region
- Responsible onboarding new associates
- Respond to emergency calls in a prompt and efficient manner
- Available weekends, evenings and Holidays

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Valet lead
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
