Responsibilities
- Customer invoicing
- Enter invoicing into customer third party billing systems where an electronic upload is not possible.
- Process payables
- Assist others in department as needed; overflow of customer invoicing, accounts payable posting; collection research, filing, etc.
- Responsible for daily sorting of incoming USPS mail for all employees.
- Order general office supplies

- Must be a self-starter
- Computer/typing skills – Microsoft Excel
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet internal and external customer deadlines
- Handle stress of high-pressure deadlines
- Accounting knowledge
Education, experience, certifications
- High School Diploma
- Three to five years of related experience
