Due to a relocation, we are now seeking a new Director of Nursing. We provide a low stress home like environment for our residents needing memory care. We have the BEST staff, and have mastered the art of providing expert care in a relaxed setting. If you’re looking for a rewarding career in long term care, look no further! We are small 16 beds CCDI unit.

This position oversees 16 residents in our Memory Care Unit, Nursing Department, Social Services and MDS. It is an exciting time to be a part of SPLH as we enter a new chapter in our company.
