The Marketing Coordinator position is a coordinator position with an emphasis on the design, creation and maintenance of marketing collateral in accordance with our corporate Media schedule, product launches and events. This role requires an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. *This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing team in promoting the brand through our corporate and channel’s marketing efforts
- Development and maintenance of marketing collateral, ensuring that project objectives and deadlines are achieved
- New and revised materials (Images, ad conversions, etc.)
- Print (Data sheets, catalog, etc.)
- Digital Media (Web banners, e-newsletters)
- Logos
- Copywriting
- Trade Show Graphics
- Maintain partnerships with relevant distributors and industry partners in conjunction with our media schedule and events
- Coordinate the printing and production of marketing materials while adhering to the budget and schedules
- Work with distributors to ensure they understand the product line and brand identity
- Coordinate with Outside Sales and distributors to create and promote flyers, catalogs, ads, and other collateral such as POS materials for use in the field
- Assist with product photo shoots as required
- Attend Trade Shows and/or Corporate Events as necessary
- Any other duties as so assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous priorities and maintain deadlines in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Understanding of print and digital design and development
- Ability to work closely with the Marketing team and other departments to ensure that processes are followed, and deadlines are met
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and act strategically
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working on both Mac and PC platforms a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat
