What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Support Specialist position at Streck, Inc?
Streck is recruiting for a manufacturing support specialist to join our Inventory Control team. This position is responsible for performing administrative support functions associated with the manufacturing administration department by providing clerical support and performing other administrative tasks for the manufacturing leadership teams. Duties will include coordination of meetings and training, inventory management data entry, managing administration offices supplies and materials, and documentation assistance in support of FDA and ISO regulatory compliance.
Requirements include:
- Associate’s degree in business or related discipline. Minimum 2 years related experience can substitute
- Must be dependable, well organized, possess good interpersonal and problem solving skills, and communicate effectively
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel; Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification or equivalent preferred
- Prior inventory control experience or experience with inventory management software preferred
