A Degree in Kinesiology, Exercises physiology, Exercise sciences or Physical Therapy or
5 years on the job experience as a Personal certified trainer.

We are seeking dynamic and energetic experienced sales individual that have experience in the health and wellness field. If selected, all new hires must pass two weeks of training where they learn and test our modalities and operations.
When you work as one of our certified stretch practitioners, you offer clients a comfortable, effective experience that boosts energy, enhances mental clarity, and improves overall wellness.
Salary $42,000 - $65,000 annually
The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for driving studio sales/memberships, and all studio operations.
- Supervises staff and sets the tone in each of our high-energy studio locations.
- Responsible for the successful operation and financial accountability of the studio.
- Hard selling memberships on the spot !
- Orchestrates the delivery of superior customer service, achievement of employees, and performance relative to location goals and objectives.
- Provides leadership, direction, and support to all direct reports.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Studio General Manager Requirements:
A Degree in Kinesiology, Exercises physiology, Exercise sciences or Physical Therapy
5 years on the job experience as a Personal certified trainer.
- Energetic, forward thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
- Knowledge of financial models and budget preparation
- Well organized and self-directed team player
- Good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information and serve as a mentor
- Detail oriented individual who is committed to developing people
- Strategic contributor in long and short range strategic planning.
- Effective listening skills necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of team relationship
