StretchLab is seeking an experienced Sales Associate to oversee front desk sales for our brand new studio that will be located in Glen Allen, Virginia. This individual must have a background in full cycle sales in a B2C environment, and will be expected to “Lead From The Front” in producing sales. This role is 100% Sales.

StretchLab’s proprietary Flexologist ™ training ensures that their client’s receive a world class stretching session. StretchLab currently has close to 100 locations open nationwide with immediate plans for expansion.
POSITION:
The ideal Sales associate will be responsible for generating membership sales and achieving studio sales targets (Hunter). This position has the potential to eventually grow into Asst. Store Manager. Must be comfortable in making 30-50 phone calls everyday. Texting 30-50 prospects. Please do not apply if you do not have prior sales experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
● 2 years of fitness sales experience
● Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales
● Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner
● Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail
● Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email
● Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
● Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
● An affinity and passion for fitness.
● Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
● Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

● Proficiency with computers and Studio software.
DUTIES:
● Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
● Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro class
● Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
● Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports,, etc.
● Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
● Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
● Any other duties as assigned
