StretchLab Park City - General Manager (Customer Experience & Sales Role)
StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields – physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more to create a proprietary stretching system. StretchLab’s proprietary flexologist ™ training ensures that their clients receive a world-class stretching session. StretchLab currently has close to 350 locations open nationwide.
POSITION:
We are seeking a General Manager who will oversee all studio functions from sales to flexologists while having the creative flexibility to grow and scale in an entrepreneurial environment.
DUTIES:
Working hand in hand with the studio owner
Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail
Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email
An affinity and passion for fitness.
Solid writing and grammar skills.
Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.
Proficiency with computers and software
Manage social media and marketing
Running "pop-up" events
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
● This position offers a very competitive base salary based on experience and performance.● Commission paid on sales● Opportunity to bonus, based on member sales and retention● Employee discount on retail and stretches● Unlimited growth potential as well within the company.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
