Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change is one of the fastest growing quick lube companies in the entire country. Our 10-minute, drive-thru oil change and focus on customer satisfaction creates a positive, fun environment for staff and our customers.

We are actively seeking highly motivated, Store Managers from all backgrounds to join our team. Salary range for role is 42-52k per year

Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly bonus which is uncapped. Average bonus for high performing Shop Manager can begin at $6,000 annually.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and facilitate daily shop operations including opening and closing on time

• Provide a customer experience above industry standard and maintain high review ratings

• Think critically to resolve issues as they happen in real-time; think proactively to spot potential issues before they arise

• Ability to conduct interviewing, hiring, training, counseling, developing and termination of teammates

• Train your team to perform light duty maintenance on customers? vehicles

• Enforce all policies and procedures

• Creating a positive work environment for staff

• Partner with Area Manager to set goals and review performance

• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and electronically using Microsoft Outlook and Teams

• Manage customer relations

• Maintain accurate inventory

• Cash management of daily bank deposits

• Create weekly schedules and manage labor

• Monitor and track in shop performance goals

• Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations

• Ensuring a clean and visually pleasing store environment
