Stride Staffing is looking for results driven store managers to be responsible for the overall store management of privately held upscale coffee / bakery shop. The successful candidates will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a strong background in customer service, financial planning, employee motivation, or retail management. Store manager responsibilities include supervising more than 9 store Associates.
Job Title: Coffee Shop Manager
Pay Rate: Starting Annual Salary $45,000 to $60,000 (based on experience and store size)
*Bonus opportunities for exceeding goals*
Location: Dallas, TX
Shifts Schedule: Day shift Mon-Sat from 7:00AM-5:00PM
***Resume & Interview is required before starting***
Responsibilities:
· Support business strategies to raise our customer satisfaction and loyalty
· Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
· Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
· Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
· Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
· Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
· Propose innovative ideas to increase store traffic
· Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
· Manage and lead a team of shop staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
· Maintain a strong team with our culture in mind
· Daily Ordering and Fulfillment of Items from a Central Commissary
· Maintain Proper Stock and Manage Inventory
· Follow company standards, processes, and procedures
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or food service industry
· Experience in interviewing and hiring staff members
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
· Restaurant or coffee shop experience is a plus
· Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for customers
