The HRBP Director is a strategic business partner to the Chief Technology and Informational Officer (CTIO) department. This critical role is responsible for building a strategy to attract, retain, motivate and reward a high performing team that will drive the technical transformation plan. Reporting to the VP, People Strategy this position brings innovative and creative solutions to impact culture and people with a focus on delivering operational efficiencies and improving the employee experience.

Organizational success in complex business situations such as organization change, mergers and acquisitions
- Functions as a strategic partner with client group business leaders with root cause analysis, planning and implementation changes in organizational structure, culture, or processes to support rapid growth within the organization
- Ensure the delivery of HR programs and services including talent/career development, leader/manager coaching and consultation, compensation processes, performance management and employee relations
- Utilize data analytics and metrics to identify trends and market conditions to define, build and implement value-added HR strategies and solutions
- Provide perspective, guidance, and coaching to organizational leaders regarding business challenges and opportunities
- Work with managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues
- Optimizes managers' leadership and coaching capabilities by becoming a trusted advisor
- Lead strategic workforce planning that includes identifying people and organizational implications of the business strategy, identifying key talent and driving accelerated development and succession plans
- Ensure organizational effectiveness through proper alignment of people, processes, structure, and culture with business strategies
- Drive and support an open and inclusive culture that embraces individual differences
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Twelve (12) years of experience providing strategic HR support to executives
- Five (5) years of experience supporting technical functions within an organization
- Experience with Workday HCM
- Expert understanding of and significant expertise with organizational effectiveness, management development, employee relations, data and analytics and diversity and inclusion
- Strong problem solving/decision-making skill and sound judgment
- Success in designing and implementing change management strategies and plans.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills to collaborate, build rapport and trusting relationship across a global organization
- Results-oriented, and with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated project management and facilitation skills in an environment with multiple and competing priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal/written communication skills, and attention to detail
- Able to work independently, take initiative, maintain relationships and be able to work effectively and collaboratively with all levels within the organization
- MS 365; Web proficiency
- Ability to travel 20% of the time
- Ability to clear required background check

Preferred QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or SHRM version of certification

Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections.

We anticipate the salary range to be $113,566.00 to $170,349.00. The upper end of this range is not always likely to be offered, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
