The Regional Consultant (RC) role is an internally based selling and servicing role that provides educational guidance and information to Financial Intermediaries across the United States with the goal of attaining and retaining Assets Under Management for STRIVE Asset Management.

Responsibilities:
The Regional Consultant (RC) role is responsible for the promotion and sales of STRIVE Asset Management investment solutions to all Financial Intermediaries in a defined region in the US. In conjunction with providing internal support to the Regional Director (external wholesaler) and the National Accounts team, the RC will be accountable for meeting strict sales activity minimums per day that support the strategic vision of STRIVE’s Wealth Management Group.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 2 years’ experience in sales and client service
- Passion for financial services, investments, and the global capital markets
- Demonstrates high levels of abilities in all aspects of communication; written and oral in expressing ideas, insights and selling
- Proficient in technology databases and CRMs
- Ability to work in collaborative, high paced, high stress environment – including a willingness to work long hours to complete daily tasks and goals
- Trainable/Personal Development
- Series 7 and 63 Securities Licenses preferred
