-experience as head teacher in an integrated preschool program with an emphasis on hands-on learning.

-strength in lesson planning, based on individual goals and objectives

-working directly with individuals with autism and related disabilities, including individuals who are non-verbal

-experience working as part of an interdisciplinary team

-managing a classroom with multiple support staff present

-maintaining a consistent classroom routine, schedule and communication with support staff

-holding and attending team meetings

-maintaining open and professional communication with parents

-experience with data collection and ABA

-progress monitoring (weekly) and progress reporting (monthly)

-punctual, creative, organized, assertive yet compassionate and caring.
