Key Responsibilities:

• Manage potential sales leads and follow up with customers promptly
• Utilize computer systems for processing orders, payments, and maintaining records
• Conduct sales transactions for our range of products and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
• Gain knowledge about water chemistry to perform tests and provide assistance to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Attend sales meetings and participate in off-site events such as home shows and trade shows
• Build and maintain a customer database, ensuring follow-up for additional product sales
• Receive and manage inventory, including signing in products and ordering stock as needed
• Assist with inspections, deliveries, and other customer service tasks as required
• Open and close the store following established procedures
• Willingness to learn and operate industrial product handling equipment as needed
• Flexibility to travel for meetings, training sessions, and support other stores as directed

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate starting at $15/hr with commission opportunities
