As the Manager of Frontend Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in leading and shaping the frontend engineering efforts at StrongDM. You will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional desktop and web experiences, driving both technical and team excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage a talented team of frontend engineers, fostering an environment of growth and innovation.
- Work closely with product and design teams to consistently deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Contribute to the team's efforts through hands-on coding, ensuring best practices in software development.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to align frontend strategies with company goals, promoting best practices and continuous innovation across all technical areas.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of experience in crafting stunning web interfaces using modern web technologies.
- 2 years in a leadership role with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in React (our primary framework) and familiarity with TypeScript, GraphQL.
- A keen eye for product design and a passion for writing clean, efficient code and robust tests.
COMPENSATION:
- $190,000-$220,000 base equity salary packages
