What You Will Do:
Client Clinical Program Execution:
Viewed as an implementation team lead by client for all Stryker Acute Care’s clinical programs and managed services.
Viewed internally as team and departmental resource.
Independently delivers program offerings to a client.
Utilizes program standard operating procedures.
Leads the client successfully through the delivery of a program, commands the respect of the client's working team members, and communicates well with them.
Exercises good judgement in involving other Stryker resources to assist with senior client personnel.
Expert in using Stryker’s Acute Care’s delivery methods/offerings as tools, and can separate matters regarding the use of the methodologies from the design and effectiveness of the methodologies.
Able to manage self and demonstrates willingness and ability to improve.
Works under general supervision and instruction of more experienced staff.
Reports observations/ problems clearly and concisely and takes appropriate actions.
Targeted Account Sales Support:
Acts as a clinical expert and provides key input as a member of the marketing team.
Maintains a high level of industry and product knowledge and works to identify changes in clinical standards and competitive issues. This includes literature/publication reviews regarding the clinical aspects of our products and effectively communicates complex medical and scientific information with accuracy to our sales and marketing teams.
Provides clinical advice concerning treatment protocols, effective product usage and product research.
Supports sales in providing responses to clinical questions and issues
Focuses on customer satisfaction by demonstrated teamwork and empowerment, solving problems through a consultative approach, operating with honesty and integrity and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
What You Will Need:
RN Required
MSN preferred
5 years of work experience required
2 years medical device, clinical or marketing experience preferred
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
