Overview
The customer service representative is a significant customer facing role within Stryten, with daily communication around orders and fulfillment directly with the customer as well as other departments within the organization.
The hours for this on-site (5 days each week, not remote) role are M-F, 8am-5pm ET, with an hour lunch break.
Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Train and assist co-workers on department processes.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation of department processes.
- Research, reconcile and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Act as “SME” Subject Matter Expert on various Systems including JDE, SFDC, CPQ.
- Process product and service orders / quotes received new / revised from sales force in a timely manner.
- Perform customer support function in at least one area of expertise.
- Ability to provide World Class Customer Engagements
Qualifications
Education, Experience, Certifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education preferred
Competencies, Skills, Knowledge:
- Ability to self -manage.
- Project management experience.
- Proficiency in all of the basic customer support skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills to coach and train co-workers
- Ability to deal with difficult situations and maintain a positive attitude.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office, SFDC & ERP databases.

- OEM / National Accounts Support, and Recycling.
