Ecomm Paid Ads Strategist

Studio III is looking for a Digital Ads Strategist to join our team!

As a Digital Ads Strategist you’ll provide paid ads strategy and campaign management for our clients across multiple industries such as Medical Aesthetics, Health & Wellness, and Legal. You are responsible for developing budget and targeting recommendations, launching campaigns, optimizing ads based on KPIs, reporting on campaign metrics, and providing actionable recommendations for improving performance on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate must be results-driven, ambitious, organized, articulate and a self-starter.

Ideally, you are able to commute to one of our offices (in LA, Austin, or Clearwater) on a hybrid schedule, but a remote position is available for the right candidate.

Digital Ads Strategist Duties

• Take an active role in developing paid ads strategies for clients that support their overall digital marketing program
• Develop and execute Paid Ads campaigns for multiple clients on Google
• Collaborate with other team members on research, campaign creation, and optimization efforts
• Provide strategic direction on specific initiatives, identifying key messages or value proposition and the best means to communicate or demonstrate this
• Forecast performance and spend for future budget recommendations
• Translate strategic recommendations concerning digital experiences into actionable items
• Collaborate with organic and other paid media account leads to ensure strategies are aligned across all channels

Digital Ads Strategist Skills Required

• 1 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, with an emphasis on paid Google Ads
• Proficient use in Google Ads
• Google Ads Certified is a plus
• Google Analytics certified is a plus
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint/Keynote
• Facebook Blueprint certified is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
• Active interest in keeping up with paid media industries and latest trends

Pay range: $25-30 per hour.

This is a full-time position and compensation is dependent upon experience.
