Studio Wildcard, creators of the smash indie hit ARK: Survival Evolved, was founded in 2014. ARK has become one of the most successful cross-platform Indie titles ever and continues to break industry records on consoles and PC. We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team helping expand the ARK universe and tackling future projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle requests from all employees and contractors
- Run company errands (office supplies, team lunch/dinner pick up, post office, etc...)
- Restock snacks, drinks and office supplies
- Answer front door, receive mail, and other general office duties
- Schedule meetings
- Keeping the office clean ie: (loading/ unloading dishwasher, picking up around the office, etc)
- Being the liaison between all bldg vendors- property management, rental equipment, office equipment..etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Attention to detail and keen problem solving skills
- Excellent Verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Able to maintain composure in a fast paced environment
- Able to work under tight deadlines, remain aware of shifting priorities and anticipate “last second” changes
- Takes initiative - “whatever it takes” kind of attitude
JOB DETAILS
- Full-time, on-site
- Must be flexible to work longer hours for specific projects - with notification
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay Transparency Information
The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position vary based on a variety of factors, which include: (but aren't limited to) skills, competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. Each pay range is only relevant to those residing in WA state and can vary based on geographical location.
