About You
We’re looking for someone who knows how to make brands stand out on the internet. You have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and the skills to apply them, as well as the ability to analyze results and optimize campaigns to maximize performance. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and maintaining websites—some design skills and experience would be a plus as well, but not required. You’re a top-notch communicator, building strong relationships with coworkers, vendors, and clients, and bringing enthusiasm, energy, and the ability to motivate your teammates to do their best work to the table. You thrive when juggling multiple projects and working with a variety of accounts. You have an eye for detail, high standards for your work, and a proactive approach to finding solutions for any challenge that comes your way.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, and email marketing
- Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings
- Monitor and analyze website and campaign data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Develop content marketing strategies and create engaging content for various platforms
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all channels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in SEO and digital advertising
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies
- Familiarity with various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Moz, and SEMrush
- Experiencing managing website content in various CMS (Squarespace, Shopify, Wix, WordPress, etc)
- Must be highly organized, flexible, and reliable, able to produce accurate work with little supervision, handle multiple simultaneous projects, and meet deadlines.
- Accurately estimate your time for each project
- Work well with others in a busy work environment both remotely and in-person
- A good eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Stong written communication skills with an eye for detail (editing / proofreading)
- Fantastic interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
