What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Engineer - 3901 position at STV, Inc.?

Description

STV currently has an opening in the Boston, MA field office for an Field Engineer for our Transportation and Infrastructure division.

Key responsibilities will include managing of construction inspection activities on construction projects, preparation and processing of progress payments, change orders, document control, meeting agendas and minutes and general administration of the project office. Excellent written and verbal communication, organization and time management skills is necessary. Expertise with computerized applications (Microsoft Excel, Document Control Software, etc.) are required.

Required Skills:

  • The ideal candidate must possess an Engineering Degree (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical) along with construction office engineering experience
  • Construction Inspection experience is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • EIT is preferred
  • Candidate's must have their OSHA 30. Any additional safety qualifications are a plus
