Are you an organized and energetic individual with a passion for creating memorable experiences? Style Netbox is seeking an Events Assistant to support our team in planning and executing engaging events for our clients.

About the Role : As an Events Assistant at Style Netbox, you'll play a key role in helping to bring our clients' visions to life.

You'll work closely with our event planning team to coordinate logistics, manage guest experiences, and ensure that each event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, product launches, and promotional activations.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and transportation.
• Manage guest lists and RSVPs, and communicate event details to attendees.
• Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and coordination of activities.
• Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of event deliverables.
• Assist with post-event activities, such as collecting feedback and compiling event reports.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
