As a manager or asst manager you will greet and serve guests, prepare smoothies, maintain food safety and sanitation standards, and handle or process paperwork. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.
We offer long-term employment with flexible scheduling, competitive wages, (hourly pay varies between $15-18 an hour, plus cash tips currently averaging $5.50-$8.75 an hour), bonus program, health insurance, medical health plan, sick pay, PTO, free drink and discount drink and food items, and an opportunity to grow within the company.
Position Summary for Assistant and Store Manager:
The manager performs and directs restaurant employees to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained. Recruits and hires staff and oversees training program. Responsible for money control systems, local marketing initiatives and promotes sales, maintains business records. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position. Personal reliable transportation is required.

Tasks and Responsibilities*:
- Completes and posts the staff work schedules.
- Recruits, trains, and rewards staff as needed.
- Ensures that all local, state, and national health and food safety codes are maintained, and company safety and security policy are followed.
- Maintains business records including daily deposits and banking.
- Identifies and contacts prospective customers to promote sales.
- Plans special events and promotions to increase sales and be a valued part of our community.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have prior barista experience and able to complete assistant or store manager duties
- Enthusiastic with a positive and uplifting attitude throughout their shift
- Have flexible availability throughout the week including a mix of weekends, opening, and closing shifts
- Work in a fast-paced environment and multitask while greeting customers with a smile
- Maintain a positive and uplifting attitude throughout their shift
- Work with a sense of urgency and clean/stock the store
- GREAT people skills and have strong multi-tasking skills
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
