As a member of the Human Resources team, you serve a pivotal role in the employee life cycle to ensure we continue to achieve the best outcomes for patients in our local Indiana communities.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a hybrid in-office/remote position located in Noblesville, IN. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator performs a variety of administrative and recruiting tasks to support the Human Resources department with daily activities.
Manges the full life cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals for the agency:
Developing and updating requisitions within the ATS, job boards, college sources and social networks
Screening of potential candidates through initial contact to ensure basic qualifications are met before sending to the hiring manager for review
Schedules interviews and participates by ensuring job requirements and expectations are clearly understood by candidates
Ensures hiring decisions are assessed based on appropriate criteria established in the job description
Exhibits timely communication with respective hiring managers and candidates regarding application status
Dispositions candidates accordingly in compliance with federal and state guidelines
Establishes professional relationships with high schools, trade schools, colleges and universities to network with other professional recruiters and agencies for the future sourcing of high-quality candidates.
Assists in the implementation of strategies in collaboration with Marketing to attract passive job seekers to include: job board aggregators, social media, networking, employee referral campaigns, university recruitment and job fairs
Represents Suburban Home Health and aligns with agency values in all communications
Manages the onboarding process to ensure candidates have completed the required pre-hire process before attending orientation
Conducts New Hire Orientation in collaboration with IT and Clinical Leadership
Conducts HRIS data entry, processing and reporting
Maintains employee personnel files and HRIS records to ensure compliance
Assures documentation requirements are met for regulatory bodies in compliance with local and federal laws
Performs other related assigned duties as necessary
