Hospice On-Call RN (Weekday)

Suburban Hospice is seeking kind and compassionate nurses who are devoted to providing the highest quality of care to the patients that our company has the privilege to serve. The On-Call Nurse performs admissions and/or visits to patients in their designated region (Boone, Hamilton and Hendricks counties) from 4:00 pm-8:00 am Monday-Friday. The On-Call Nurse works in collaboration with the Triage Nurse to perform call-back visits as needed in a timely manner. The On-Call Nurse performs scheduled admissions after 4:00 pm as needed.

Suburban Hospice was recently given a five star rating by CMS in the CAHPS Star Ratings which assesses Hospice Quality Survey Measures. Our organization was the only hospice program given this rating in all areas we serve, and it would not be possible without our amazing staff. Basic Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing from an approved college/university required.
• Must possess current RN license from the Indiana State Board of Nursing.
• At least one year experience in hospice nursing required.
• At least 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse required.
• Must possess valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
