As a Client Partner, you will develop & grow client relationships and oversee projects for an industry-leading immersive content studio. You’ll be responsible for a number of tasks centered around account management and immersive strategy. Serving as the driving force behind the solutions we ultimately offer our clients. This position will be a hybrid role with remote and on-site work at our offices in Austin, TX or New York, NY.
What you will do:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients to maintain and grow their business with Subvrsive. Identify opportunities to advocate for other offerings.
- Understand client business needs and identify how we can be of service to them. Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client and team escalations. Assess potential business risks and develop mitigation plans. Address customer concerns and queries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participates in key client meetings: status meetings, project briefings, cross-agency partner meetings, etc.
- Hold a general knowledge of all aspects of industry and clients' business and the ability to apply that knowledge to meaningful insights, counsel and plan for your client's business.
- Join the team in developing digital strategies for customers, with their business goals consistently kept top-of-mind. Partner with Sales in building successful client, agency, and partnership relationships.
- Work with our creative, project management, and tech leads to ensure feasibility, execution, along with meeting client expectations.
Who you are:
- 5 years full-time account management experience, managing clients at scale.
- A good listener & a communicator who enjoys problem-solving. A self-starter with a passion for technology and strategy.
- Experience using Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar applications.
- Experience with technologies such as AR, VR, MR, 360 video, and interactive web design is a plus.
- Agency experience is a requirement for this role.

- Work in a hybrid environment (mix of remote and in-office with 2-3 days weekly onsite) at our offices in New York, NY.
- Work flexible hours, as long as you're available for meetings within the standard work day (9-5 CST)
