Looking for someone to help manage and/or manage a Subway restaurant in Chesterfield County, SC.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and lead a team of staff members, providing guidance and support
- Coordinate and supervise food production, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
- Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in Restaurant Management/Subway experience is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food service management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
