Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the banquet operations, including coordinating and executing events, ensuring high-quality service, and meeting customer expectations.
- Supervise and train banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and catering personnel.
- Collaborate with the food production team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain inventory of banquet supplies, equipment, and beverages.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events and functions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in banquet or catering management is preferred.
