Summary: The Senior Client Services Coordinator is responsible for processing and monitoring orders and ensuring quality service for each customer. This Senior Client Services Coordinator requires an extremely high level of customer service ability and the ability to communicate company offerings to the customer to grow the business. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Input Local and Out of Area Workplace Services data into software. Set up and manage all third-party requirements accordingly. Coordinate all facilities management requirements. Select, set up and manage agent activity for out of area moves. Accountable for all aspects of business for select House Accounts. Manage vendor/partner relationships as required. Capture business opportunities to increase service offerings. Set up billing or collect prepaid orders as required. Resolve any issues regarding move. Other tasks as assigned or apparent. Education and Experience High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Some college preferred. Minimum of two (2) years customer service experience required. Previous industry experience required. Prior leadership experience preferred. Valid state driver’s license. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate flexibility and patience. Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively under time constraints and frequent interruptions. Must possess a diplomatic, professional telephone manner with excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to sufficiently read, speak, and write English in order to understand and give directions, and to complete paperwork accurately. Ability to operate a variety of standard office equipment as dictated by the duties of the job and perform data entry and typing functions. Physical Demands and Working Conditions Work is primarily performed in a climate controlled environment. Requires sitting, walking, and standing. Work performed requires the use of hands to control or feel objects and will utilize repetitive movements when entering data. Requires the use of clear speech communicated to others and understanding the speech of another person.
