POSITION SUMMARY :
Sugarbush Resort is seeking Ski & Boot Valet Attendants for our upcoming winter season. Ski & Boot Valet Attendants provide friendly assistance as guests check their equipment in and out.
Through superior customer service, communication, and organizational skills, valets maintain a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently and accurately managing storage areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Valet Attendants manage ski / ride equipment and serve as an information source for guests.
- Duties include greeting guests, checking equipment in / out, processing any charges for products and services, answering guest questions and providing information about Sugarbush Resort and the Mad River Valley.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Excellent customer service and communications skills are necessary.
- Requires the ability to multi-task efficiently while always exhibiting a professional demeanor through an outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
- Strong communication skills with a variety of people are essential.
- Candidates should have a basic familiarity with utilizing computer systems; experience in cash handling / recording is a plus.
- Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or equivalency diploma.
- Requires availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Work shifts Monday-Thursday.
