What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Paralegal position at Sullivan Law Firm, PLLC?
New title company in Baldwin County opening and in need of an experienced, detail-oriented, highly motivated and skilled real estate paralegal that has worked in the title insurance industry. Communication skills are also extremely important. A successful paralegal will be able to perform all phases of a real estate transaction, from pre-closing, closing and post-closing. Experience with Qualia and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
