Summer Commons is a new, state-of-the-art 94-bed senior care community comprised of 64-beds of skilled nursing care center combined with a 30-bed assisted living neighborhood specializing in Memory Care. Summer Commons was opened in May of 2021 offering a decentralized dining experience, mostly private living spaces, expansive therapy gym, meticulously landscaped outdoor courtyard space and much more!
We are looking for an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing home, including budgeting, staffing, and quality assurance. The Administrator will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the long term care industry and be able to effectively manage a team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the nursing home.
- Oversee the financial management of the nursing home.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Manage personnel
- Develop and manage budgets.
- Communicate effectively with staff, residents, families, and other stakeholders.
