Located an hour West of Seattle via Interstate 90 at Snoqualmie Pass, The Summit includes four unique mountain areas, a snow tubing park, Nordic center, and 10 food and beverage establishments. Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Activities include but are not limited to setting up or taking down of fencing, signs, stop mats, garbage cans and other assigned duties.
- Set up or take down of tube inventory depending on lane availability
- Ensure all guests have and are wearing the proper ticket.
- Aid guests by watching guests exit the lift and give assistance to those who need it.
- Provide superior service to guests (internal and external) by following resort etiquette guidelines while interacting with guests.
- Be knowledgeable of resort services in order to be able to respond to guest inquiries.
- Monitor tubing lanes and help guests adhere to the safety rules and maintain crowd control.
- Responsible for monitoring hours worked and taking breaks on time to abide by State of Washington Minor Work laws
- Shoveling of snow is sometimes required.
What we are looking for:
- In high school or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- This position is for those who are 16 years of age & older.
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A problem resolving and positive attitude.
- Outgoing personality!
