We are seeking an RN for a position in Norwich, CT.
Responsibilities of the RN:
- Visiting patients in their homes to provide care
- Performing patient assessments
- Develops and/or follows the plan of care
- Submits documentation
Requirements of the RN:
- Graduate of an accredited school. BSN preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months to a year as an RN in a home care setting OR minimum of 1-2 years in a hospital setting.
- Current RN in the state of CT
- Current CPR certification
