This position is responsible for the service, maintenance, repair, and installation of Pre-Engineered Fire Suppression Systems and Fire Extinguishers'.
Responsibilities:
- Preform inspections, service calls, install, and sales on a variety of fire protection equipment including pre-engineered fire suppression systems, portable fire extinguishers, Emergency/Exit lighting, and other fire protection/life safety equipment
- Develop long-term relationships with customers for customer retention
- Pursue additional sales and service opportunities within existing customer locations
- Educate and advise the customer of compliance needs
- Perform other duties as assigned or delegated
Requirements:
- Previous experience in pre-engineered fire systems- preferred
- Advanced technical school training or related work experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, including electric and battery-powered equipment
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to lift 10-50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- May be exposed to temperature changes, small spaces, and confined spaces
- High school diploma or GED
