Job Summary
The Senior Provider Recruiter will be an essential contributor to the standardization of recruitment and onboarding processes, protocols and procedures to ensure successful sourcing, tracking and hiring of qualified physician and advanced practice professional candidates.
Essential Functions
- Implementation of creative sourcing strategies and tactics to expand candidate pool and attract highly qualified providers.
- Timely tracking of applicants.
- Creating and maintaining compelling recruitment ads on job boards, social media, organization websites, recruitment platforms, etc.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates.
- Scheduling virtual and onsite interviews, to include effective communication with candidates and ensure a concierge style interview process.
- Facilitation and collection of feedback from candidate interviews and reporting on results.
- Collaboration with HR and Medical Staff Services to efficiently onboard provider.
- Staying up to date on healthcare and provider recruitment trends.

- Experience recruiting J1 and HB-1 Visa candidates.

This is not a supervisory position.

Physical Demands
Exerts up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Physical demands are in excess of those of Sedentary work. Light work usually requires walking or standing to a significant degree. Worker is exposed to extensive computer work.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college.
- 7 years of Provider Recruiting required
Preferred Education and Experience
- CPRP Certification preferred or willing to obtain within the 1st year of employment.
- Rural health provider recruitment a plus.

Involves no regular exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues, and tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues and are not a condition of employment.
