We are looking for someone to champion the Summit Homes brand. The Brand Manager is an integral member of the Marketing Team, collaborating with the Vice President of Marketing and Marketing Specialists, in the execution of all marketing efforts. You’ll work on a wide range of initiatives, including brand awareness, digital marketing, storytelling, lead generation and community outreach.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, develop or evaluate marketing strategies based on company objectives and individual market needs
- Lead, support and manage marketing specialists to accomplish goals
- Develop and execute a detailed marketing plan in multiple markets
- Manage and elevate our brand standards and social strategy that align with market trends
- Accountable for the brand vision, strategy and campaign results
- Collaborate with multiple departments to achieve organizational and company goals to align brand vision
- Track and monitor established marketing budget
- Develop communication strategy to ensure company leaders understand the marketing plan
- Prepare and present monthly results to Vice President of Marketing
- Identify, test and scale new marketing ideas that resonate with our audience
- Spend 30% of your time visiting surrounding markets
- Manage community signage and marketing collateral
- Plan and execute events that drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Always consider the customer experience
- Inspire Summit Team Members to embrace the Summit brand, core values, mission and vision
About You
- Bachelor’s degree, with emphasis in marketing or related field with at least 3 years’ experience or an equivalent combination of both
- Excellent organizational and time management skills including significant attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter that can develop processes and promote best practices
- Proven experience with social media content creation
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Positive, professional, customer-service oriented personality
- Must be high-energy, creative, outgoing and self-motivated
-A positive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
-Some attendance at evening and weekend events required
-Retail merchandizing a plus
-Real estate experience a plus
-Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
-May be required to lift up to 40 lbs.

Marketing Manager reports to the Vice President of Marketing. Applicants will be asked to share a portfolio of their work.
