Commercial Foreman

• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Crew Supervision: Manage and direct a team of roofing professionals, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance management.
• Repairs and Maintenance: Perform and oversee roofing repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
• Material Management: Coordinate the procurement and use of roofing materials, ensuring adequate inventory levels and cost-effective utilization.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all roofing work meets or exceeds quality standards, conducting inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site, promoting a culture of safety among crew members and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Customer Relations: Interact with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the roofing project.
• Budget Management: budget planning and management for roofing projects, monitoring expenses and ensuring cost-effective practices.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project details, including work orders, material usage, and client communications.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the roofing crew, implementing best practices to enhance productivity and quality.
• Adherence to Regulations: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to roofing construction and safety, ensuring compliance at all times.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Commercial roofing knowledge is required.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
