OVERVIEW
Sales Representatives sell new, pre-owned and brokered homes in a specified RV resort. They show, advertise and market homes, prepare home orders, and coordinate closings.
JOB DUTIES
- Show prospective buyers new, pre-owned and brokered homes for sale in the resort.
- Collaborate with manager to select sites and prioritize site preparation for Sun Homes models.
- Recommend inspections and purchases of pre-owned or repossessed homes.
- Coordinate model presentation.
- Coordinate and manage the Lease Purchase Program (LPP), including submitting service requests and following-up on repairs, leasing and follow-ups, renewals and LPP sale conversions.
- Request closing packages and perform closings.
- Review and authorize invoices for payment pertaining to Sun Homes Sales.
- Coordinate open house planning with manager.
- Advertise and market homes for sale in the resort.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years real estate sales experience, preferably in the manufactured housing industry
- Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet
- Ability to work flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
