Your Mission: Responsible for generating leads, lead management, sales presentations, closing sales, and for meeting monthly sales metrics and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meets or exceeds the sales activity standards as determined by the VP of Sales. These sales activity standards include quotas for daily telephone lead base follow up calls, appointments, and other sales related performance metrics.
- Demonstrate excellent sales skills through: Establishing and maintaining prospect relationships, discovery of prospect needs and desires. Use good listening techniques and demonstrates excellent customer service.
- Completes and maintains the CRM for all lead activity. This includes all completed and scheduled sales activity.
- Meet the required quarterly and fiscal year-end sales goals.
- Know the products offered by Sun Health both on and off the life-care campus, from the life-care concept and the differences in the contracts.
- Answer questions about and give presentations of the community.
- Understand the waiting lists, and all procedures involved with joining the list(s), paperwork, etc.
- Work with the Move-In/Design Coordinator and the Directors of Health Services, Resident Services, Housekeeping and Environmental Services to be aware of units becoming available.
- Ensure that each prospect receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes Sun Health sales protocols, maintaining solid product knowledge, and all other aspects of customer service.
- Work with the Director of Sales & Business Development, other sales team members and marketing staff to develop and implement strategic sales & marketing plans.
- Maintain prospect interest and commitments through continuous follow-up, capture all activities in the CRM.
- Promote a culture of open, clear communication along with demonstrating the Sun Health mission.
- Demonstrates the Sun Health Vibrant Living culture and provides all customers/audience with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating Sun Health behaviors (The 6Cs) each and every day.
Your Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
- Previous senior living sales experience preferred, not required.
- Excellent communication skills necessary, both written and oral.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Reliable transportation, current Driver's license, and auto insurance are required.
