Sanitation Supervisor

We are seeking a key individual for the role of Sanitation Supervisor. As the Sanitation Supervisor you will be leading a team of 15-20 sanitation personnel and ensuring that the sanitation effort for the facility meets the highest standards in food safety and regulatory compliance.
This position reports to the Sanitation Manager.
Position is located in family friendly Central Wisconsin
Requirements
- Associates Degree (or equivalent) in Operations, Business, Industrial Hygiene or 3-5 years of related work experience to include chemical monitoring and usage
- Prior Supervisor or Management position related to sanitation with Dairy, Food or Beverage
- Detailed knowledge of plant and manufacturing operations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of SSOP’s, Sanitation Scheduling and Continuous Improvement
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
