Accomplished Board-Certified Pediatrician to manage newborns through teens in busy Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing integrated care to families living in Suffolk County. Will work collaboratively with advanced practice providers to provide a complete range of primary care services including routine immunizations, school physicals, annual wellness checkups, patient education, birth control and women’s health services. A strong commitment to community health is required, bilingual Spanish a plus. Will cover Wyandanch, Brentwood and Coram practices.
Monday to Friday hours with one evening per week and one Saturday per month required. Rotating phone call coverage.
