What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brass Ranch Supervisor position at Sun Valley Resort?
The Brass Ranch Supervisor leads a team of salespeople and works directly with the Brass Ranch Manager to operate and manage the team and store. The Supervisor promotes teamwork, customer service, store appearance and presentation implementation, and company policies and procedures. Pay includes commission on goods sold.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Merchandise, display, and stock the retail space.
- Open and closing duties of the retail store.
- Develops relationships with customers by listening and learning from them and works with the customer to solve any problems or issues that may come up.
- Possesses detailed knowledge of products.
- Maintains the staff schedule for the staff.
- Communicate with the staff regarding store policies, work schedules, events and company information.
- Delegates daily store tasks to employees.
- Ensures the floor is clean, organized and shopable for guests.
- Collaborates with store manager on inventory maintenance.
- Ensures retail floor and backstock area are clean, organized and shoppable for our guests and staff.
- Assists in the organization of sales promotions, displays and events.
- Attends all store events.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods.
- While performing this job, the employee must walk, use hands, feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear.
- Must safely move objects up to approximately 45 pounds about the workplace.
