This position is responsible for selling to electrical and industrial customers. This position will also act as a sales support representative for the sales team.
- Preparation of repair quotations and entering orders per customer specifications.
- Creates jobs for repair orders.
- Generates retirement letters for customers units.
- Enters disposal loads.
- Tracks customer’s units that are pending approval.
- Enters OCR information into Field Tracker.
- Maintains customer approval sheets – approved vs pending.
- Coordinates approvals with Operations.
- Creates Junk Sheets and assigns reason code.
- Uses Sales Force to track repairs/RMAs.
- Reviews outstanding evaluations needed and coordinates with Operations.
- Reviews load paperwork for accuracy; voltages, kva, etc. based on individual customer profile.
