Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled CT/X-Ray Technologist to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. This role requires expertise in performing a range of CT and X-ray procedures while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and imaging quality.
Primary Responsibilities:
Diagnostic Imaging:
- Perform various CT and X-ray procedures to support the diagnosis of medical conditions.
- Ensure the proper preparation and use of imaging equipment.
Patient Interaction:
- Gather patient history and obtain informed consent.
- Clearly explain procedures to patients and position them correctly to achieve optimal imaging results.
Quality Assurance:
- Review and evaluate images for quality and completeness.
- Maintain high standards in image production and radiation safety practices.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Ensure clear communication and smooth handoffs between shifts.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a CT/X-Ray Technologist.
- Required certifications: ARRT (CT), ARRT (R), BLS.
- Strong commitment to maintaining high standards in imaging quality and patient care.
