JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Equipment Trainer Position Objective: The primary function of the Equipment Trainer is to deliver technical and mechanical/shop operations classes to Sunbelt employees who support the needs of Sunbelt Rentals’ Customers. The Trainer will assess, record and report the results of the instructional events, work to improve existing content and participate in the development of new content. Education or experience that prepares you for success: 5-8 years of Equipment Service Operations experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on: Building and conducting Classroom training for Equipment Service Adult Learning and Coaching Learning Management System Safety is key to our culture: The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
